Step 1 | Review the measure list to see if your project qualifies for incentives. |
Step 2 | Apply by submitting an online application. |
Step 3 | Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Projects may be selected for a pre-inspection. |
Step 4 | Project approved; Incentive offer delivered. Incentive Offer must be signed and returned within 30 days of being issued. |
Step 5 | Customer signs and returns incentive offer, begins project Once the incentive offer is signed and returned, the customer is free to purchase and install the energy efficient equipment. |
Step 6 | Customer submits project completion paperwork for review. Projects may be selected for post-inspection. |
Step 7 | Final review of project. Incentives are subject to change based on final scope of work. |

Lighting wholesalers, distributors and retailers are eligible to become a JCP&L participating distributor. Distributors may sell products to end users or qualified contractors serving end users. Distributors receive incentives from JCP&L, which they pass along to customers.

The Energy Solutions for Business Program provides commercial and industrial customers of Jersey Central Power and Light with technical support and incentives toward energy efficiency equipment.
Listing as a Program Ally is easy— simply submit a Program Ally registration form through our website. Once received, you will be invited to participate in an informational webinar that describes resources available to Program Ally, program guidelines, offerings and program expectations. Upon completion of the informational webinar, and all other requirements are satisfied, your contact information will be posted to the Program Ally list on this website as a resource to customers. In addition, Program Ally will be registered to receive program updates via email.
